The Wonders of Divine Strength – Isa. 41:10 Strength can be defined as “Support; or that which supports; that which supplies strength; security”; it can also mean “Firmness; solidity or toughness.” Strengthen on the other hand, means: “To make strong or stronger; to add strength to (as to strengthen weary hands or feeble knees); to confirm; to establish; to encourage; to cause to increase in power or security”. Taking a look at these definitions, it is no wonder that the Lord has said HE will strengthen us this month. Do you feel like you have run out of steam? Worry not; the Lord says ‘do not be dismayed’ because I will supply strength to you in order to increase your momentum; again HE says ‘fear not’ because this month, HE Himself will be your security to the extent that no weapon fashioned against you will ever prosper. Now, it does not matter what your situation looks like at the moment; it does not matter how much you think you have fallen; it does not matter what your bank balance is saying; it does not matter how many disappointments you have encountered; it does not matter that it seems you have reached the end of the road and there seems to be no way out in front of you; it does not matter that you are down and there seems to be no one around to pick you up. The word of the LORD to you this season is: “be not dismayed, for I am your God …I will help you.” This season, God Almighty is set to make you stronger than ever before; HE is set to encourage through HIS word; HE is set to cause you to increase in power; HE has made up HIS mind to confirm and establish all that HE has said concerning you. In fact God wants to set your feet on solid ground this season. It is HIS one desire this season to set a hedge round about you that no fiery darts of the devil can even penetrate. Notice how God Almighty wants to bring this to pass in your life: “I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” This season you cannot afford to let go of the righteous right hand of God Almighty; hold on and see the salvation of the LORD in every area of your life in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Welcome to October 2013: the month that you will experience the wonders of divine strength. God bless you. Pastor Edmund Abekhe

The Wonders of His Voice
The Wonders of His Voice – Rev. 1:10 The voice of God Almighty is one thing every true believer should desire to hear on a daily basis. You do not want to hear the voice of God once and not hear it again; you do not want to only hear HIS voice periodically; more importantly, you do not want a situation where you do not hear HIM at and yet claim to be a believer. It is for this reason that God has set this month aside for all that will look to HIM ALONE to experience the wonders of HIS voice. The passage above suggests that there is a state of mind the believer must be to have this wonderful experience; the Bible verse that summarises the theme for the month further emphasises that there is an attitude that the true believer must have to be able to hear and experience the wonders in the voice of God Almighty – Rev. 4:1. Rev. 1:10 makes it clear that we must be in the Spirit – in other words, be possessed and controlled permanently by the Spirit of God – Cp. Eph. 5:18. For in this state of mind, you will not only hear but you will experience great wonders in the voice of God Almighty; similarly, Rev. 4:1 gives us an idea of the right attitude – always keep your eyes on God Almighty; always be ready to see through HIS eyes; be ready to take that needed step of faith; be ready, willing and obedient enough to respond to HIS very next instruction. The decision we make will determine what HIS next instruction will be; it will also determine what kind of story the next chapter of our lives will tell. Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to see the experiences of several people and Nations in the Bible based on their responses to the voice of God Almighty. It is my heart’s prayer for everyone reading this that your experience of the wonders of God’s voice this season will mark the turning point in your life and also move you to the next level where you will begin to experience supernatural abundance like never before in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. God richly bless you.

Supernatural Abundance
Supernatural Abundance – Jn. 10:10 The term ‘Supernatural’ is associated with anything that is beyond the powers or laws of nature; it goes against the ordinary or established laws of natural things. God Almighty is the ONLY ONE that can produce the supernatural. The term ‘Abundance’ on the other hand has to do with when something becomes more than enough; it is associated with fullness; ample sufficiency; overflowing quantity and more. However, looking at the text of the month, it is obvious that what God has prepared for you this season in more than just abundance in terms of quantity. I would like to suggest that the words of our Lord and Saviour – Jesus Christ – in this passage speaks of a phenomenon that is God breathe and born entirely of the Spirit of God Almighty. In this sense, it is way better than your regular abundance – better in quantity and superior in quality. This kind of abundance that has the signature of God Almighty is dependent entirely upon your relationship with HIM: “Indeed, if you diligently obey the LORD your God to carry out all his commands that I’m giving you today, then the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. Moreover, all these blessings will come upon you in abundance, if you obey the LORD your God” – Deut. 28:1-2. In other words, diligent obedience – a careful, intentional compliance with the principles set out by God Almighty in HIS word will guarantee this kind of abundance. Be aware however, that supernatural abundance is not about materialism: “He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this is also vanity….The sleep of a labouring man is sweet, whether he eat little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not suffer him to sleep.” – Eccl. 5:10, 12. “And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.” – Lk. 12:15 As you make a decision to redirect your focus back to God and pursue a relationship with HIM this season, all the fullness of the Godhead will be at your disposal in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. This is your season. Welcome to December 2013.

Rejoice Evermore
REJOICE EVERMORE “I’ll rejoice over them to do good for them, and I’ll faithfully plant them in this land with all my heart and soul.” Jer. 32:41 “I’ll again build you, and you will be rebuilt, Virgin Israel! You will again take up your tambourines and go out to dance with those who are filled with joy….The virgins will rejoice with dancing together with young men and old men. For I’ll turn their mourning into joy, and I’ll comfort them and give them gladness instead of sorrow. I’ll give the priests abundant provisions, and my people will be satisfied with my goodness,” declares the LORD. ” Jer. 31:4, 13-14. To rejoice means “to experience joy and gladness in a high degree”; it also means to be “exhilarated with lively and pleasurable sensations” – in other words the person rejoicing is experiencing an indescribable excitement; an excitement that cannot be contained; an excitement that you cannot but express no matter how you try to withhold yourself from being excited. It is an unspeakable joy. The expression of this experience can result in shouting with great joy; it can result in jumping and dancing and singing at the same time. This kind of excitement pulls down all forms of strongholds – strongholds of pain and sorrow; disappointment; rejection; failure; sickness; poverty; strife; backbiting; oppression; disunity and more. And this is what the LORD is saying HE will do unto you this month: HE Himself will rejoice over you to do you good and because of the good HE is set to do for you, HE will plant you in this land. HE says HE will put HIS HEART and SOUL to ensuring that this is done. Just you set your sights on HIM wholly this season and I guarantee you that you will not be put to shame.
